Fried Macaroni

So last night at a cocktail party I was introduced to a little thing I like to call 'fried macaroni'. It was at worst "glorious", at best "heart stopping". What an invention. Being fromIowa, where everything is deep fried, these hor'dourves were a revelation and fell into the YouTube-like 'why didn't I think of that?' arena.

Wait, I've just been informed by reliable sources (ie, Tommy Buzanis) that these pockets of doughy, cheesy goodness can be found on any TGIFriday's menu. That surely takes away some of the previous dignity I had bestowed upon these treats, as I fear the Friday's version is surely of the frozen variety that would be distressingly cold in the middle.

But back to matters at hand, I see that Chaz...er Fat Z pitched what the talking heads would dub a 'gem' last night against the hapless hunters from Houston. Good game. Good game. High fives all around.
